I know that some of you won’t be able to make the AGM, sadly, but I’d like everyone to have a say in the decisions we make. Here are some of the items to be discussed. If you can’t make the meeting on Tuesday but want to share your opinion, please let me know asap what you think.
• How should garden plots be reassigned? Should people have to signal their intent by a certain date?
• Should we convert some of the individual plots within the fence into community plots?
• Should families be allowed more than one plot if more than one family member gardens, or should it be one per household? (Keeping in mind that we have a waiting list.)
• How should we raise money in 2009?
Also let me know if you’re interested in serving on the committee, how often you think we should meet, and what you think we should do about the soil.
